Tasks

The main tasks in the project "VeraXtract" are:

1. Supporting fine-tuning of LLMs (e.g. BERT-based, GPT) for disinformation narrative detection and/or supporting the development of approaches of eXplainabel AI (70%)
2. Supporting data analysis and data annotation: annotation of data and application of different methods from statistics and machine learning (20%)

3. Support data visualization and reporting scientific results (10%)

Requirements

Must:

1.Knowledge of machine learning, neuronal modeling and statistical methods (Python/R, and ideally PyTorch and Tensorflow)
2. Good knowledge of German and/or English required; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills

Can:
3.Ideally knowledge in the domain of xAI and Human-Computer Interaction
4.Result-oriented team player with problem-solving skills and high self-motivation
