Research Assistant - 0.75 working time – salary grade 13 TV – L Berliner Hochschulen - 1st qualification phase (for doctoral studies)

• Teaching assistant in theoretical physics (compulsory and compulsory elective courses, 4 SWS)
• Research in the field of condensed matter, in particular on many-body quantum systems, on the generation and analysis of controlled quantum states and their application in quantum metrology

• Successlully completed university degree (Master's, Diploma or equivalent) in physics or a related field (or conclusion to the signing of the employment contract)
• Very good knowledge in theoretical physics, especially in the field of quantum many-body systems, in particular quantum metrology and quantum information
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English

Desirable:

• Experience in numerical methods
• High level of commitment and ability to work independently
• Good didactical skills
