Research Assistant - 0.75 working time - salary grade E13 TV-L Berliner Hochschulen
under the reserve that funds are granted
Tasks
- as part of the BUA project "Responsible innovation and protein transitions", a technology assessment of meat substitute products is taking place
- from literature data and workshops with industry, agriculture, consumers and nutritional science/medicine, you will collect data that you will process in cooperation with social and political scientists in the form of an innovation radar and prepare as a decision-making tool for practice and politics
- collaboration in teaching
Requirements
- completed scientific university degree (Master's degree, diploma or equivalent) in food technology or equivalent
- extensive practical experience in the production of meat substitute products (especially extrusion)
- extensive practical experience with project-accompanying industrial committees (especially extrusion)
- high inclination for inter- and transdisciplinary work
- the ability to teach in German and/or English is required; willingness to acquire the missing language skills in each case
Desirable
- experience in conducting lectures, exercises and practicals in university teaching
